Diebold Nixdorf adds 2 board members

Diebold Nixdorf added Maura A. Markus and Colin J. Parris as board members. Markus is director for Broadridge Financial Solutions and Stifel Financial Corp. and Parris is director for APTIV, a mobility technology company, according to a press release.

Their extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors will be a significant asset for our Board of Directors, and their leadership will further accelerate the company's continuous improvement journey and help us build value for all our stakeholders," Patrick Byrne, non-executive chair of the board, Diebold Nixdorf, said in the release.

Markus previously served as president and COO of Bank of the West and Parris was former SVP and CTO at GE Digital.
