Diebold hosting webinar on banking best practices during COVID-19

Devon Watson, Diebold Nixdorf's chief marketing officer, will host a free webinar on how banks are responding to customers during COVID-19. The webinar, 11 a.m. EST, Friday, will also feature Peter Wannemacher, principal analyst for Forrester Research.
During the webinar, Wannemaker will share early research and findings he has collected and analyzed from US banks as they work to help customers during the pandemic. Topics will include examples of best practices and recommendations from banks and other high-level firms on how messaging customers during a crisis.
