MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Concord EFS and Diebold are teaming up to develop, market and deliver a package of turnkey ATM outsourcing services, according to a news release.
The companies have developed packaged programs that include ATM processing, hardware, software, maintenance services, support and financing.
For its part, Diebold will provide clients with hardware, software and services. Options include Diebold's most recent range of ATMs, Opteva, as well as its ATM processing software, Agilis, according to the news release. Financing options will be offered by Diebold Credit Corporation.
Concord EFS will provide ATM and point-of-sale driving, network switching and gateways to Visa and MasterCard. The company will handle reporting and settlement for switched transactions. Clients will also have access to call-center helpdesk support and 24-hour monitoring, incident management and problem resolution services.
"This program will allow financial institutions and other deployers to take advantage of the latest technologies and provide them with the newest and most desired features and functionality," said Kevin Carroll, director of Concord's ATM products.
