NORTH CANTON, Ohio - Diebold, Incorporated (NYSE: DBD) and Concord EFS are joining forces to provide a turnkey ATM outsourcing program.
According to a news release, together the companies will offer ATM processing, hardware, software, maintenance services, support and financing.
Diebold will provide the ATM hardware, software and services. Terminal options from Diebold will include its newest line of ATMs, Opteva, as well as ix Series units. Diebold will also offer its new terminal-resident Agilis software.
Financing options will be provided by Diebold Credit Corporation (DCC). "This co-marketing program will allow ATM deployers to cost-effectively own, operate and take advantage of the newest technology and services available through a unique financing arrangement," said John H. Tyler, vice president of Software and Services for Diebold.
Concord, owner and operator of the Starnetwork and the nation's largest ATM processor, will provide ATM and point-of-sale driving, network switching and gateways to Visa and MasterCard, reporting and settlement for switched transactions, call-center help desk, ATM monitoring, and incident management and problem resolution services.
