IRVING, Texas-DASH ATM has added a pair of new enclosure models to its product line: the DASH Walk-up 1500 unit, and the DASH Bunker 1000 low-profile island enclosure.
According to a news release, both enclosures boast safer doors and exclusive high-security locking assemblies.
"With all of the ATM smash and grabs that seem to be happening everywhere lately, DASH decided to manufacture a highly secured and structurally sound walk-up enclosure, which we debuted at the Petroleum show in Indianapolis this year," said Mike Adams, a partner with the enclosure manufacturer.
Money Matters president Mark Idel was so impressed with the walk-up 1500 enclosure, he ordered six of them for placement "in the concourses at the Kansas City Chiefs, Arrow Head Stadium. When football season is over these units will be de-installed and placed in the grandstands and infield at Kansas Speedway."
According to the release, Gary Walston, senior vice president of Momentum Cash, was instrumental in the design development of the Bunker 1000.
"I needed a low-profile island enclosure in order to meet a bank's overall height and security requirements," Walston said. "DASH ATM worked on our request and provided me with CAD drawings that met our needs."
