Lipman's Customized Transaction Solutions Help Cynergy to Better Serve Their Clients

SYOSSET, NY – December 10, 2002- Cynergy Data has announced they have signed an agreement with Lipman valued at an estimated$1.5M for the purchase and deployment of NURIT Point-of-Sale terminals, peripherals and services. Under the terms of the agreement, Lipman will supply Cynergy with a customized version of the NURIT®3020 terminal, a portion of which will be sold as a component of Lipman's ImagePakÔtransaction imaging solution.Cynergy Data, a full-service acquirer listed as one of the country's fastest growing companies on the Inc. 500 list, will customize the NURIT 3020 with the Cynergy brand, as well as a Spanish language application. Cynergy will also market Lipman's ImagePak- a complete receipt, signature, and check imaging solution.
