Cummins Allison JetScan iFX certified by VSoft

Cummins Allison has announced that its JetScan iFX cash, check and document scanner is now certified on the VSoft Branch Capture solution. The certification covers both the one-and two-pocket JetScan iFX scanners. 

According to a press release, the JetScan iFX currently is the fastest desktop check-scanning product available. By combining it with the VSoft Branch Capture, users can capture check and deposit item images at speeds twice as fast as previous check scanners, the companies said.

The VSoft application captures high volume deposits and facilitates correction and balancing at the branch. The solution can reduce the time spent managing transactions and instead get the transactions into the system more quickly and economically, the release said.

The companies said that one of the top 10 U.S. banks currently is using the JetScan iFX and VSoft Branch Capture application at high-volume branch locations. The solution has allowed branches to process large volumes of checks that previously were held over or outsourced.
