Crime wave targets ATMs in Rochester, Minnesota

There has been a recent string of ATM theft in Rochester, Minnesota. Police are investigating six separate incidents over March and April, according to a report by KTTC.

Thieves tampered with the machines and some incidents were able to steal cash.

The investigation is ongoing.
