Credit Union brings NCR's ATM deposit imaging to Vt.

LAS VEGAS -NCR Corp.announced at the BAI Retail Delivery Conference and Expo another successful deployment of its Intelligent Deposit technology for the ATM.
Heritage Family Credit Union of Rutland, Vt., is the latest financial institution in the United States to deploy complete end-to-end image processing services for its members. In all, NCR has more than 4,000 Intelligent Deposit units deployed in the North American market.
Heritage Family has purchased five NCR Personas M Series 86 drive-up and thru-the-wall ATMs with Intelligent Deposit capability for installation this month in its Rutland and Bennington, Vt., branch locations. The units capture deposited check images for display on the screen and on the customer's receipt.
Heritage Family uses NCR's ImageMark Passport technology and validation software to capture, verify and prepare a balanced image file for exchange with the Federal Reserve. ImageMark validation software enables the image transfer and includes sophisticated balancing and error-detection tools to help reduce back-office time, eliminate errors and flag questionable transactions for investigation.
