CR2, a provider of omnichannel banking solutions, has launched its next-gen, fully PA-DSS compliant ATM software, BankWorld ATM Client 5 and BankWorld Studio.
The revamped solutions feature intelligent and advanced services, such as teller assistance via live video, and offer enhanced usability, according to a press release.
BankWorld ATM Client 5 introduces simple touchscreen ATM navigation with screen swiping, carousel screens and other actions consumers are accustomed to performing on their personal devices.
The software brings together personalization, business intelligence and advanced service capabilities in a single-provider solution. A rich user interface presents customers with a quick, attractive and contextual experience at the ATM, the release said.
This iteration of BankWorld ATM Client 5 includes redesigned BankWorld Studio software that enables in-house design of branding, marketing and product screens, as well as their deployment to self-service channels. These can be personalized for delivery based on a customer's unique profile or demographic segment.
CR2 has also updated BankWorld studio with an interface that uses CSS styles, HTML graphics and other usability enhancements.
Key updates to BWAC 5 include:
