Cornerstone Capital Bank appoints CFO

Cornerstone Capital Bank, based in Houston, Texas, appointed Paul Woo as chief financial officer. In this role, he will oversee strategic planning, capital management and more for the bank, according to a press release.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Woo served as SVP and director of capital planning and corporate development at Cadence Bank.
