Community banks form ATM alliance

St. Louis Business Journal: Twenty-six community banks within a three-state region have formed a nonsurcharge ATM alliance. Prior to joining the alliance, the locally operated banks, which are located in Missouri, Illinois and Kentucky, offered their customers one or two ATM machines. Now customers have access to 110 machines.
