Cognizant delivers AI solution to Texas Dow Employees Credit Union

Cognizant partnered with Texas Dow Employees Credit Union to deliver its Neuro IT Operations platform to support the union's transformation journey. With this solution will utilize AI to improve the credit union's operational efficiency and save costs, according to a press release.

Cognizant will also support TDECU's data and testing abilities to help it deliver products and services at a faster rate to customers, along with improving the overall member experience.

"We are delighted to work with TDECU, one of the most progressive and member-focused credit unions in the country, to help them achieve their transformation goals," Nageswar Cherukupalli, SVP, business unit head of banking, capital markets and strategic initiatives of Cognizant, said in the release.
