April 27, 2005

ONTARIO, Calif. - CO-OP Network, the nation's largest credit union EFT network, promoted three members of its executive staff to vice presidents, according to a news release. Those changes included the promotion of Kathy Herziger to vice president of product development; Carol Kosaka to vice president of systems and support; and Connie Trudgeon to vice president of operations.

Kosaka joined CO-OP Network in 1997 after working for several years on the CO-OP Network account team at eFunds. Kosaka will continue to oversee all network-related technology platforms.

Herziger, who has prior experience in product management and more than 20 years in the payments industry, is responsible for CO-OP's overall EFT product strategy and execution for the network.

And Trudgeon, with more than 20 years of financial industry experience, oversees multiple operational areas, manages the CO-OP Network's rules and regulations and chairs the CO-OP Network Operations Advisory Committee.

"These women have contributed significantly to CO-OP Network's success and expansion, and we want to recognize their outstanding contributions," said CO-OP Network chief executive Robert Rose. "With their proven leadership and industry experience, we look forward to their continued guidance at CO-OP Network."
