CO-OP Financial is offering ATM-management software to members

May 9, 2011

Credit unions will be able to upload daily marketing messages, content and graphics onto their ATM networks through a new multivendor software that is being offered to them by CO-OP Financial Services.

TEKchand LLC, a Chicago-based multivendor-software manufacturer, will offer CO-OP Financial's more than 3,000 credit union members CO-OP ATM Visual Control. The software enables credit unions to manage their ATM fleets with one Web based application, said company officials.

"CO-OP is a leader in ATM processing for credit unions," said Stan Hollen, president and CEO of CO-OP Financial Services, which is based in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. "By adding CO-OP ATM Visual Control, our clients can leverage the most visible extension of a credit union's brand, the ATM. By allowing credit unions to remotely update ATM graphics and messages, we're providing our clients a much quicker and very cost effective way to brand their marketing campaigns and leverage this important sales channel."

More than 3,000 credit unions are members of CO-OP Financial Services. With ATM Visual Control, credit unions can cross-sell products and services available through the credit union.

CO-OP ATM Visual Control is available as a standalone, or it may be ordered as an add-on to CO-OP ATM Managed Services, which is a comprehensive suite of services that allows credit union members to outsource management of their ATM networks.

CO-OP Financial Services owns CO-OP Network, one of the nation's largest surcharge-free ATM networks for credit union with more than 28,000 machines.
