Co-op brings on new CFO

David Becker has joined the Co-op Financial Services executive management team as chief financial officer, according to a press release.

"David has worked for nearly 30 years in corporate financial management, particularly in environments like that of Co-op Financial Services, where there is rapid growth and transformation," Co-op President and CEO Todd Clark said. "His career also makes him already very familiar with Co-op as a business, and is an excellent fit in terms of our company values of working as partners, communicating openly and honestly, demonstrating excellence and championing change." 

Becker joins Co-op from Plano, Texas-based Alkami Technology Inc., a cloud-based digital technology provider focused on online and mobile banking services. Becker served as CFO of Alkami since 2014; Co-op and Alkami have partnered since 2013 to develop fully-integrated online and mobile banking bill pay solutions.

Prior to his work at Alkami, Becker was the finance and business director for Dell. He came to Dell when that company acquired Credant Technologies Inc., which Becker had served as CFO since 2004.
