Closing Bank Customer Experience Summit Keynote to address digital banking success

The closing keynote at the Bank Customer Experience Summit, held in Chicago from Sept. 13 to 15, will address how banks can take on digital challengers in the space of digital banking. Alex Sion, head of D10X, global consumer banking at Citi Ventures, will deliver the keynote, entitled "Challenging the challengers: How incumbents can succeed in a digital banking world."

The session will cover different strategies to think about growth and competition, including a recipe for growth playbooks. Sion will also discuss how to develop these playbooks while also not "compromising pursuit of traditional growth."
