Citizens Bank of Edmond integrates Narmi's account opening solution

Citizens Bank of Edmond, based in Edmond, Oklahoma, has integrated Narmi's Consumer Account Opening solution into its core banking system Jack Henry SilverLake. With this solution, customers can open an account in under three minutes, according to a press release.

The service automates decisioning and know-your-customer verification to save time. Citizens plans to add a Business Account Opening platform later this year.
