Citizens appoints head of enterprise strategy

Citizens Financial Group Inc. appointed Azra Pravdic as head of enterprise strategy. In this role, she will report to John Woods, CFO and vice chair, and Bruce Van Saun, chairman and CEO, according to a press release.

In this role, she will oversee a number of areas including customer experience, sustainability, operating models and more. Prior to joining Citizens, Pravdic served as a partner at McKinsey & Company.

"Azra is a talented and innovative leader who will help drive our enterprise strategy forward," Woods said in the release. "She will lead an expanded strategy function tasked with ensuring that we are positioned well for prudent and sustainable growth."
