Chinese company retains investment firm; plans to enter North American armored car market

GENEVA -- Century Milestone S&T Co., Ltd. (OTCBB:CEML - news), a video surveillance company based in Beijing, China that plans to enter and consolidate the armored car market in North America, says it has retained the investment banking firm of Quantum Financial Partners, LLC for assistance with its acquisition strategy and related funding.

Quantum will also help the company in its long-range planning and corporate development, according to Michael Harrop, Century Milestone chairman and chief executive officer.

"An important part of Quantum's role will be to help Century Milestone accelerate its growth through acquisitions and to provide related corporate finance assistance," he said.

In March, Century Milestone announced its plan to establish a national ATM and armored car dispatch and video-monitoring center in Boise, Idaho, through an agreement with MobileMatrix, Inc., an ATM maintenance and dispatch center software developer and consulting group.

According to a Century Milestone news release issued in March, the facility will utilize Century Milestone's CenturySight 2000 monitoring system and MobileMatrix's ATM and armored car dispatch software, and will serve as the center of the Century Milestone's U.S. operations.

Also in March, Century Milestone announced plans to acquire L.L.&D., a New Mexico-based ATM and armored car service company. In April, Century Milestone said it had signed a letter of intent to acquire Respond, Inc., a Boise, Idaho-based ATM and armored car service company.
