Chicago police warn residents of transaction reversal fraud at ATMs

Chicago police are warning residents about a string of ATM thefts. Criminals are committing transaction reversal fraud, according to a report by Yahoo! News.
With this crime, a perpetrator makes a ATM withdraw but forcibly removes the cash from the dispenser prior to the transaction being completed.
