Chevron Federal Credit Union, based in California, deployed Blue Sage Solutions' Digital Lending Platform to improve the customer experience. It also integrated Blue Sage's Lion Consumer POS to allow members to check mortgage rates and apply for mortgages, according to a press release.
With this cloud-based platform, the credit union can automate the lending process with a better user interface and task-based workflows. Since the platform is API-based, the credit union can scale their mortgage operations.
