Chase partners with FIU to support women of color

Florida International University and the city of Miami are launching a program to offer economic support to women of color in the community. JP Morgan Chase is providing funding for this Venture Miami Opportunity Program, according to an announcement from FIU.

The program will select 20 female founders of color to participate each year. It will provide management and leading training in four areas: talent, technology, social networking and access to capital.
