Chase opens community center branch in Atlanta

JPMorgan Chase recently cut a ribbon on a Community Center branch in the Summerhill neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia, making it one of only 16 centers nationwide. This branch features a modern design with specialty workshops to provide financial guide to customers, according to a press release.
The branch will offer free one-on-one mentorship for entrepreneurs along with a community living room for events for nonprofits and free Wi-Fi. It will also provide workshops on topics such as budgeting, credit and homeownership.
"Atlanta's growth and prosperity in recent years has exceeded all expectations, but more people need to be part of the opportunity this city represents," Jamie Dimon, CEO, JPMorgan Chase, said in the release. "Our Summerhill Community Center branch is our stake in the ground to fuel opportunity for more residents, especially underserved populations. At the same time, we are also growing our presence here through jobs and branches, which will have a direct impact on strengthening the local economy."
