Chase boosts Closing Guarantee to $20K

JPMorgan Chase Home Lending has increased its Closing Guarantee for homebuyers from $5,000 to $20,000. The bank gives this money to customers if it cannot deliver an on-time closing in as soon as three weeks, according to a press release.

This LTO is available for customers purchasing a home with a Chase mortgage until July 27, 2024. The bank offers a variety of other homebuyer services including:

• As low as 3% down payment options.
• Chase Homebuyer Grant up to $7,500 in eligible areas.
• Homebuyer Education Center.
• Chase MyHome digital platform.
