Central Pacific Bank appointed Ralph Mesick as senior EVP and chief risk officer. In this role, he will oversee regulatory risk and serve on the executive committee, according to a press release.
He previously served as vice chairman of First Hawaiian Bank and has served in a number of community roles including regent of Chaminade University and the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Hawaii.
"I am grateful to have this opportunity to join Central Pacific Bank," Mesick said in the release. "The bank was started for our community, by our community, and I look forward to helping build our capacity to best serve all of our stakeholders in that very spirit."
