DALLAS -- Carreker Corporation (NASDAQ: CANI), has signed its first licensing agreement in the UK to provide its eiManager™ Automated Teller Machine monitoring software to Halifax plc.
Carreker's eiManager™ will provide fault and device monitoring, as well as automated dispatch and escalation of ATM service requests, to the more than 2,500 ATMs operated by Halifax throughout the UK.
David Walkden, General Manager Halifax Direct, for the Halifax, said the bank believes the Carreker software will reduce the costs of running its ATM network..

According to a Carreker release, eiManager™ automates a large portion of the work associated with the management of large ATM networks, allowing clients to better analyze, respond to and manage their ATM networks. eiManager™ is an open-architecture, client-server based platform designed to allow clients to customize the system to fit their specific business needs.
