Cardpoint appoints new chair

Sharecast: Representatives from London-based ATM operator Cardpoint said results for the year are expected to be in line with earlier expectations as it announces the appointment of a new chairman. Michael Hepher has been appointed chairman, succeeding Peter Smyth, who remains on the board as senior non-executive director.
