Cardinal Credit Union opens branch in Mentor, Ohio

The Cardinal Credit Union has opened a second branch in Mentor, Ohio, bringing its total to seven retail branches and seven student-run branches in northeastern Ohio. The branch will offer financial education workshops, home buyer seminars and a network of more than 20,000 fee-free ATMs, according to a press release.

The credit union also offers financial education through a program to six high schools and Lakeland Community College.

"Cardinal takes great pride in the work we do for the community and our members," Christine Blake, Cardinal Credit Union CEO, said in the release. "We are excited to open another new branch to better serve the community and enable banking that provides equal access to and instant membership for everyone. We look forward to continuing to serve our community in every way we can."
