To help small businesses manage tax returns and corporate filings by the new state and federal tax deadline of July 15, 2020, capital raising and business advisory firm, BX3 has launched Compliance Janitor.

It offers a complete federal and state tax return and filing package for a reduced fee to help small businesses still struggling from the impact of the coronavirus, according to a company press release.

"The economic fallout of a global pandemic is forcing all businesses to look for ways to preserve cash resources," said Mike Minihan, managing partner for BX3 in the release. “We've adopted the name 'Compliance Janitors' as an homage to everyday heroes who often toil thanklessly and for little money on highly-critical tasks. We are honored to serve this role in the tax realm and give back to the business community in this time of need."
