BTIG appoints head of investment banking

BTIG has appointed Jonathan Dever as head of investment banking. He will be based at the bank's New York office, according to a press release.

Prior to joining BTIG, Dever served as co-head of investment banking and head of financial services and real estate investment banking at JMP Securities.

"Jon's demonstrated leadership and industry connections will position BTIG Investment Banking for our next phase of growth as we look to broaden our offerings and services to issuers and investors," Anton LeRoy, CEO of BTIG, said in the release. "He understands and shares our commitment to client service and will work across our investment banking department to deliver successful outcomes. We are excited to have him join BTIG."
