The 4,678 square-foot branch features an open layout to encourage customer-banker engagement, according to a press release.
The newly renovated space features a universal banker platform that includes teller pods and cash automation technology, an updated commercial window, multiple private consultation offices, a modernized employee break room, a community room, digital signage and the bank's first Navigation Office for wealth management services.
The project involved coordinating a complex renovation while maintaining continuous operations for the bank's customers, the release said.

Project phasing included the use of a sizable lobby entrance and the conversion of an existing conference room into temporary teller and customer service areas.
It also meant accomplishing drive-up renovations without requiring Union Savings to close this high-use customer service during the project.
"Through this renovation, NewGround was privileged to help Union Savings Bank bring their vision for an open and engaging customer experience environment, which aligned the bank's brand and commitment to the community with the retail experience," NewGround CEO Kevin Blair said in the release. "Union Savings Bank is committed to serving their community by providing an exceptional customer experience."
