Via the ATM network, Alfa-Bank cardholders may transfer funds to anyone who holds a card issued by any CIS bank. Transfers may be executed in rubles or U.S. dollars.

From the Alfa-Bank website, the customer may transfer funds (also in rubles or dollars) between a Visa card issued by Alfa-Bank and a MasterCard card issued by any bank in the seven CIS countries. All transactions comply with MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by VISA.
