Automated Transaction Management Group, Inc., doing business as Bodwell Banking Solutions, has been sold to Information Sales Associates (ISA). Founded by Bob Rudinsky in 1994, the East Coast ISO established a network of ATMs in New Hampshire and Maine. Bodwell's businesses include ATM deployment and project management for other ISOs and financial institutions, as well as marketing niche products via direct and Internet marketing. Bodwell's most successful marketing effort was its ATM Sunglass product line, which was designed to reduce glare and enhance viewability of ATM screens. As part of the terms of the sale, Bob Rudinsky resigned his duties as president and CEO of Bodwell. The new president of Bodwell/ISA is John J. O'Toole, Jr. Rudinsky plans to continue as an ATM consultant and is writing a how-to manual for aspiring ATM entrepreneurs.
