Bluewire to service former XtraCash ATMs

April 24, 2003

PORTLAND, Ore. -- E*Trade Access has selected Bluewire Technologies to convert and support the 2,900 retail ATMs E*Trade recently acquired form XtraCash.

According to a news release, the two companies have worked together for the past three years to support E*Ttrade Access' ATM portfolio.

Dale Dentlinger, director of E*Trade Access, said in the release, "In light of the close relationship between the two organizations and the synergies that have been developed, it made sense to look to Bluewire to partner on this new acquisition"

Wayne Vandekraak, Bluewire's vice president of operations, said that he is excited to extend the company's relationship with E*Trade Access.

Bluewire Technologies is a technology systems service provider to the off-premise ATM industry, is headquartered in Port Charlotte, Fla., and operates a dispatch center out of Port Charlotte, a technical support call center in Portland, Ore., and a full-service ATM depot in Madison, Ala.
