Bluewire intros new ATM service support

PORTLAND, Ore. - Bluewire Technologies, a provider of phone and field technical support services to the ATM and kiosk industries, has introduced a new service to handle weekend and after-hours support calls.

According to a news release, it can be expensive to have a typical customer service representative on the phone during the weekends and after-hours during the week, especially for the low amount of calls customers may get during those hours.

Bluewire can fill in the gaps by leveraging its 24x7 call center to take calls and resolve issues. The vendor provides daily reporting on issues and informs customers if a field dispatch is required.

Bluewire provides flexible pricing for this service, according to the release.
