Bluefin integrates payment gateway into Visa

Bluefin, a payments solutions provider, announced its international payments gateway is connected to the Visa Platform Connect. This integration provides PCI-validated point-to-point encryption processing on Android devices and enables acquires to process payments in multiple currencies, according to a press release.

Bluefin will also use the Cybersource Decision Manager platform to reduce payment fraud.

"Bluefin is thrilled to be working with Visa Acceptance Solutions to deliver a true international multi-acquiring P2PE solution for retailers that removes the cost and complexity of building and managing separate integrations," Tim Barnett, CIO at Bluefin, said in the release. "In addition, the Cybersource fraud and risk management solution helps accelerate good transactions and block bad ones, so our customers can focus on their business."
