Bitbuy Technologies partners with Localcoin for crypto ATMs

Bitbuy Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of WonderFi Technologies Inc., has partnered with Localcoin, a Canadian bitcoin ATM provider, to improve cryptocurrency adoption in Canada. Localcoin has a total of 920 ATMs in Canada and with this partnership, Bitbuy will provide its digital asset services to the ATMs, according to a press release on Yahoo! Finance.
Bitbuy will extend its liquidity pool to Localcoin and provide competitive pricing via API integration, along with advanced security protocols.
"Our new partnership with Bitbuy is a game changer," Tristan Fong, co-founder of Localcoin, said in the release. "By aligning with such a trusted name in the cryptocurrency space, we're ensuring our users get the most seamless experience. This collaboration not only enhances our service offerings, but also solidifies our commitment to making cryptocurrency more accessible to Canadians."
Through this partnership, Bitbuy will cover almost 50% of all Canadian bitcoin ATMs.
