Bellwether Community Credit Union brings on COO

Bellwether Community Credit Union, based in Massachusetts, appointed Matthew Haines as COO. In this role, he will handle all IT, loan, deposit and card operations and more, according to a press release.

Prior to joining Bellwether, Haines served as SVP and COO of The First National Bank of Elmer.

"Matt's deep operational expertise, combined with his ability to communicate complex ideas and build consensus across teams, makes him the ideal person to help lead the credit union through this exciting chapter of growth," Nathan Saller, president and CEO of Bellwether Community Credit Union, said in the release. "We are confident that his leadership will further strengthen our commitment to providing excellent service to our members while maintaining our focus on innovation and operational excellence."
