Bellwether Community Credit Union appoints VP of HR

Bellwether Community Credit Union, based in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, has appointed Kelly Barry to serve as VP of human resources. She has 26 years of experience working for a Massachusetts credit union in a variety of roles, according to a press release.
