BCT The Community's Bank hires on VP

BCT-The Community's Bank has appointed Ted Argleben to serve as VP and commercial loan officer. He will report to Paul Bice, EVP and Virginia president, and will help grow commercial loan and banking relationships, according to a press release.

Prior to joining BCT, Argleben served for 18 years with Access National Bank in commercial lending roles.

"Ted is a great fit for BCT," Alice P. Frazier, president and CEO of BCT, said in the release. "His passion for helping businesses launch and grow will broaden our commercial lending relationships in Northern Virginia, where we are committed to providing unique and personalized experiences for our customers."
