Bank of America recently upgraded its EricaAssist human-assisted AI agent with generative AI. This tool is built to support employees while speaking to clients, according to a press release.

EricaAssist is used by more than 18,000 employees and summarizes customer information and provides relevant information in real time. It can also suggest next steps for the customer. It is built to work alongside the employee and improve workflows, according to the release.

"EricaAssist reflects our high tech, high touch approach," Ashley Ross, head of consumer client experience and business transformation at Bank of America, said in the release. "By combining human judgment with real time AI guidance, we're helping employees navigate complex topics more easily and serve clients more effectively in the moments that matter most."
