Bank of America ranks highest for retail banking advice in JD Power study

The J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Retail banking Advice Satisfaction Study has ranked Bank of America No. 1 nationally for its retail banking advisory services. The study compiled responses from 5,491 customers nationwide on retail banking satisfaction, specifically regarding guidance and advice, according to a press release.

"This latest recognition demonstrates our commitment to helping clients establish a solid financial foundation, build their financial health, and succeed on their financial journeys," D. Steve Boland, president, Retail at Bank of America, said in the release. "Our focus on financial literacy also plays a vital role in the lives of our clients, and in our efforts to support local communities."
