Chargebacks911 and Fi911, a chargeback management technology company, has appointed Guy Harris as chairman and Eric M. Hoffman as president of interbank solutions and board member. Harris previously served as head of merchant services at Bank of America and Hoffman was director of Apple Pay Business Development, according to a press release.
Chargebacks911 and Fi911 helps recover revenue lost due to chargeback fraud through a suite of software and service offerings.
