Bank Customer Experience Award entries are now open

Entries for the Bank Customer Experience Award are now open. Financial institutions and fintechs can submit entries for unique and innovative solutions. Entries will be accepted through June 11 and winners will be presented with a trophy and dinner party at an awards ceremony at the Bank Customer Experience Summit on Sept. 14.

The four award categories are:

• Best ATM/self-service experience.
• Best branch experience.
• Best mobile/online experience for financial institutions.
• Best mobile/online experience for fintech providers.
