CHICAGO -- Addressing a rumor that BAI's Retail Delivery 2001 Conference might not take place in the wake of Sept. 11's terrorist attacks, BAI spokesperson Alison Estrada said the event will take place as scheduled Dec. 12-14 in Anaheim, Calif.
"Over the years, the event has become the best source of information on retail financial services strategy and technology. We are confident that the conference's strong program and
exhibit hall will continue to draw a high level of participation from senior-level executives and decision makers that has long been associated with conference," Estrada said in a statement. "BAI looks forward to welcoming financial services professionals to Anaheim in December and will take the necessary steps to help ensure their safety and protection."
The Retail Delivery show is attended by ATM manufacturers, software developers, transaction processors and other industry professionals. For more information: http://www.bai.org/retaildelivery/index.html
