ATLANTA -- Among the speakers for BAI'sRetail Delivery 2002, set for Nov. 5-7 at the Georgia World Congress Center, are former General Electric CEO Jack Welch, former New York City Mayor Rudolph Guiliani, Bank of America CEO Kenneth D. Lewis and Royal Bank of Scotland Chairman Sir George Mathewson.
A series of pre-conference workshops is being offered on Nov. 4-5, with topics such as strategies for customer retention, strategic long-range planning for the ATM channel and boosting customer adoption of online transactions.
As always, the show will feature a large exhibit hall, with vendors representing all aspects of retail delivery and related services.
This year, BAI is organizing five networking groups to offer attendees opportunities to connect with peers and vendors. The groups include: branch/channel delivery, marketing, technology/Internet, self-service delivery and operations/payments.
