BAI RD: S1 Corp. announces consolidation of Postilion, FSB Solutions, S1 Enterprise brands

S1 Corp., a provider of financial services and payments software solutions, announced at the BAI Retail Delivery conference that it will consolidate its three brands – Postilion, SI Enterprise and FSB Solutions – to form the single S1 brand.
Johann Dreyer, S1's CEO, said the change comes in response to feedback from customers, key stakeholders, prospects, partners and industry analysts and investors.
"A single brand provides more clarity on the family of solutions our entire organization has to offer and how they can benefit banks, credit unions, retailers and processors around the world," he said.
S1 says the change is effective immediately, and the company already has consolidated the three Web sites and adopted a single logo for the brand.
