Backbase partners with Navy Federal Credit Union for transformation journey

Navy Federal Credit Union, a U.S. veteran credit union, partnered with Backbase for a multi-year transformation journey plan. Backbase will modernize the credit union's IT landscape, provide one platform for data, business logic and workflows and help deliver a seamless banking experience for members, according to a press release.

"We are continuously looking for ways to enable our digital transformation," Kathy Ward, SVP of digital at Navy Federal Credit Union, said in the release. "Collaborating with strategic partners like Backbase has been instrumental to our goal of simplifying and enhancing member experiences by utilizing a single platform across digital interactions."
