ATMs enable cardless withdrawal

ATM cardholders in India will now be able to withdraw cash from an ATM without having to touch the ATM's screen.

AGS Transact Technologies Limited, in partnership with Mastercard, has launched an end-to-end contactless cash withdrawal system using a mobile application, according to a report in the The Quint.

ATM cardholders scan a QR code on the machine's screen using their mobile device and facilitate transactions without having to touch the surface.
